Corporate Emergency Crisis Management ©



LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

 

The objective of this course is to provide corporate managers, supervisors and employees with the theory, principles and tactics to effectively manage emergency crisis.

 

 

 

CONTENT:

 

  • Plans of action are established, examined and discussed.

 

  • Critical corporate and business tasks are identified, examined and discussed.

 

  • The "chain of command" system is examined and discussed.

 

  • Communications systems are examined and discussed.

 

  • The Incident Command System is examined and discussed.

 

  • Evacuation and shelter in place procedures are examined and discussed.

 

  • Corporate and business cooperation with public emergency service agencies is examined and discussed.

 

  • Areas of training, equipment and resources are examined and discussed.

 

 

 

LENGTH OF COURSE:

 

This course is eight (8) hours.

 

 

 

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

 

The student is required to successfully complete course work, research project, and final assessment for certification by the USTRMC.

 

 

 

COST OF COURSE:
